1. ABOUT THIS SWEEPSTAKES

The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village Family Pass Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") runs from April 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Van Tiem Insurance & Financial Services ("Sponsor"). By entering, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to these Official Rules and accepts the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding. The Sponsor is solely responsible for administering this Sweepstakes. Direct all questions, comments, or concerns to the Sponsor at [email protected] during the Promotion Period.

2. WHO MAY ENTER

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older ("Entrant"). The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, and directors of Van Tiem Insurance & Financial Services and any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising partners, and promotional agencies (collectively, "Promotion Entities"), along with the Household Members and Immediate Family Members of any such individuals. "Household Members" refers to individuals who share the same primary or secondary residence for at least three months of the year. "Immediate Family Members" refers to parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, and spouses. This Sweepstakes is governed by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. PRIZE

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Family Pass to The Henry Ford (approximate retail value or "ARV": $235.00.

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted by the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the described prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The stated ARV reflects the Sponsor's good-faith valuation and is final. If the actual value of the prize is less than the ARV, no cash difference will be provided. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the winner. Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced. Prize delivery is limited to Michigan addresses.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Online Entry

Visit the official entry form at michigangiveaway.com during the Promotion Period. Completing and submitting the entry form earns you 25 entries. By submitting your information online, you consent to receiving calls, texts, emails, and pre-recorded messages from Van Tiem Insurance & Financial Services using the following number(s): (586) 792-1053, (248) 509 - 4805 and (248) 509 - 0744.

You may earn 25 additional entries for each insurance quote you receive from us during the Promotion Period. You may also earn 25 additional entries for each qualifying referral you provide, where the referred individual receives an insurance quote from us.

B. Mail-In Entry (No Contact Consent Required)

To enter without consenting to marketing communications, legibly print your full name, email address, and phone number on a piece of paper and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2026. Each qualifying mail-in submission will receive 25 entries. No consent to receive calls, texts, or other communications is required for mail-in entrants.

Entries generated by automated, robotic, or scripted means will be disqualified. All entries must be submitted by the Entrant personally. Any attempt to gain additional entries through multiple identities, email addresses, or other unauthorized methods — including the use of sweepstakes subscription services — will result in disqualification. All entries must be received before the close of the Promotion Period. The Sponsor's database clock serves as the official timekeeper.

5. WINNER SELECTION

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within approximately two weeks following the close of the Promotion Period and will be conducted by the Sponsor or its authorized representative. The Sponsor's decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner will be drawn.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted by email at the address provided during entry, within approximately two weeks of the close of the Promotion Period. The winner must respond and accept the prize by email within two weeks of notification. The Sponsor is not responsible for failed, delayed, or undeliverable notifications due to technical issues, inactive email accounts, or failure to monitor email. Unclaimed or undeliverable prizes may be forfeited. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and/or Publicity Release before the prize is awarded.

7. PRIVACY

Information you provide will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy, available at michigangiveaway.com. By entering online, you acknowledge that Van Tiem Insurance & Financial Services may contact you regarding its products and services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incomplete, inaccurate, or lost entry information; (b) unauthorized access to or tampering with entries; (c) technical failures of any kind affecting submission or operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) unavailability of internet or wireless services; or (e) any injury or damage to a participant's device arising from participation in this Sweepstakes.

If any event beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control — including but not limited to computer viruses, fraud, unauthorized interference, or technical failures — compromises the integrity or proper administration of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion. In such cases, the Sponsor may award remaining prizes in a manner it deems fair and equitable. Beyond that, the Sponsor and its released parties will have no further obligation to participants.

9. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Facebook or any other social media platform. Any information you provide is submitted to the Sponsor, not to any social platform. Participants who engage via social media are subject to that platform's applicable terms of service and data policies.

To request a copy of the winner list or these Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:
